Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Talk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Talk. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent before making any in-app purchases.

License

We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Talk on your Apple device. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the app.

In-App Purchases

Talk offers an optional yearly subscription (which may include a free trial) and a one-time lifetime purchase. All transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If a free trial is offered, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policy. We have no control over refund decisions.

User Content

Talk does not allow you to create or submit user-generated content. Saved questions (favorites) are stored locally on your device only and are never transmitted to us.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or decompile the app
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app or its content
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the app's operation

Disclaimer

Talk is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Talk, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the effective date when we do. Continued use of Talk after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
